You're right, he may have been unimpaired with only a minute amount in his system, but Josh would have known driving within a few days of using poses a risk to his livelihood.
Its like a P player, they have to abide by the laws of zero alcohol, although they may have very low levels. That can't be argued in court
The reason for disappointment from some is how he did once before, he got the boot and we took him on and this is the repayment. More so.
