The Parramatta Eels are excited to announce that Jaydn Su'A has agreed to join the club on a three-year contract commencing in the 2027 season and running through to the end of 2029.
A powerful and hard-running backrower, Su’A brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Eels’ forward pack. Since making his NRL debut in 2016, he has gone on to play 160 first-grade matches, establishing himself as one of the competition’s most consistent and physical edge forwards.
Parramatta Eels GM of Football Mark O'Neill welcomed the signing, highlighting Su’A’s impact on and off the field.
"Jaydn has a strong physical presence, he is a competitor who leads through his actions. He can play big minutes, defend consistently, and will be great for our squad."
“He’s built a reputation on toughness and effort, and we believe his experience at both NRL and representative level will add value to our group as we continue to build for the future.”
In addition to his club career, Su’A has performed on the representative stage, earning selection for the Queensland Maroons in State of Origin and representing Samoa internationally.

You miss the point with Burton, he is a proven premiership winner and has the system knowledge that our players can only hope to learn from.....lets not forget the left side and his kicking game is as good as anyone. Just pay the dollars.
This is the thing Pops would you throw 1.2 for 3-4 seasons at Burton would we do that because that's what it's taking if your not going with at least that then we are wasting our time.
As you can best believe Perth Dragons and PNG are offering that plus if it came down to it.I like the idea Burton was part of a premiership outfit but in the same breath Penrith were in zero hurry to keep him and if some team came and offered the above I bet the Dogs let him go also and move Galvin out to his rightful position at this point in time.
This is where the club has farked itself. We had our guy we had him and now we are all willing all of a sudden to throw big money at someone else it's why I have issues around this front office and it's football decision making it feels like there is no coherent plan. They aren't ahead of anything they seemingly are still fumbling there way through it.You can just see in the aftermath of losing DB and Lomax they've replaced them with half pie bums. There still looking for DBs replacement the Pezet expirement what an absolute abortion of a plan this is in the space of 2 years they'll have tried half a dozen options at the spot and still haven't found a replacement.Lomax we won the battle but we are still losing the war and yet here we are.We can make excuses for this circus but put the line through us until we get more football IQ in the building until then we'll just have to settle for Ronald McDonald and Hamburgler on fox sport telling the world why we failed at what we did,

To many 'proper' halfback means a player that plays a traditional Halfback role. Sexton is in that category.
Nah a proper halfback is Cleary, Moses, Hughes and maybe a couple others

twiddle has not signed elsewhere
Twiddle is gone unfortunately my bro
To where then if you know?
Where?
Twible has winger written all over him as his break into FG, how he develops from there is nature taking its course.
History says he struggled at 5/8 in the seconds. They are not chess pieces.....horses for courses!
Welcome Parra Jayden and Isaac Tago
