He also said storm have offered howarth a three year extension and he rejected it 👀.Very interesting,I think his coming eels 2028 and another thing he spoke about is Bradman best.
Who feels like his been lowballed and knights are only offering 700k which is 50k less then his on going into next year and were reportedly offering 850k with possobly ratchet clauses.

Though, i agree, do you think he is Lomax 2.0 as someone else said here? I mean look overpaying him to play Wing still makes us better i guess, but we would want hima at Centre and i feel he is a way better Winger.
I think he will be better than Lomax. Time will tell I guess.

I feel like Howarth is slightly better than penisini. He is simply not fast enough to be a superstar.
He is dual positions, slightly better than Samrani.
One thing i found interesting was Howarth's interview a few months ago. They asked him about links to Parra. The rumours on socials were he was being pushed to go to Parra and was not interested at all. But in the interview he said along the lines of "I am not thinking about it" and "Just playing my best footy for the Storm and see what happens". Players can and usually say they want to stay etc. Howarth did not say any of that. Which leans into him going, at least signing after Nov. 1.
If we want Howarth for 2027, it might involve a trade? Maybe?

Pensini is gone and we get Howarth and chip for Burton to play left centre and then shift him to the six role in 28 then spend the big bucks on best for that strike weapon.

Penisini has been first choice centre under two different coaches now. He keeps getting extended as well. Yet all the armchair experts insist he isn't good enough for first grade.
Whilst I'm not one of those claiming neither here nor there with Penis, being a first choice player on our roster isn't exactly qualification that you're good enough for anything other than being a first choice player in a very underwhelming squad. Â
but yes, he's better than 99% of blokes in his position at our club.Â
