Eels Prop forward Issac Jim, 198cm 120kgs and only 19 , is set to make his debut for the Parramatta Nsw cup side in the Semi finals this weekend.  The James Fisher Harris look alike is part of a trio of future NRL giants, that will no doubt propel Eels forward stocks moving forward.

Already, 191cm, 117 kg Sam Tuivaiti (20) has  shown that he will be a mainstay in our NRL team, and then there's Australian Schoolboys prop Ryda Tualagi,  another young giant ony 18, and has already debut against men in Cup.

The future looks very good in the Prop position for the Eels. I think that is the reason Ryles has purchased the experience  of Jack Debelin who can take that space for the next year or two and offer these great prospects his knowledge and football nouse, and by then all three will most likely feature in our NRL team.

Also, Davvy Moale for around 350k would be a good pick up aswell. Those in the know have mentioned his athleticism and  potential moving forward.

I think if we get Moale, that would wrap up our forward signings for 2026, with another outside back signing most likely, especially if Simmonson leaves.

  • Wow, fisher Harris mark 2

Exciting news potentially, we have 2 serious bookends like in 1986 - can we dare to dream?

    • They are dreaming calling him JFH. Plays nothing like him

      • Very misleading EA

        • Entirely different build, makes you wonder how fake news or desperation is running wild here....the "battleship build" is what we are missing .....Moretti is the man if we can keep him up long enough....can we get our players on to 'viagra"

  • Looks like Grieg tbh

    • lol I thought the same thing

    • Like homecoming Tank, shit we can get a pack out of this blog.....I hope you guys are reading this and decide to post again!

  • I hope we sign those young forwards up for next 5 years at least now before we lose them to like of dogs panthers or storm

  • Hate to be a dampner but old mate Issac JIM is almost at his ceiling now in JF.  He has a reasonable motor byt bad lateral movement and is slow to his feet, so he tends to be the dummy half target when he is lying in the ruck. On a positive is a crash ball try favourite and gets you 10 yards a run. But when you look at thge levels across the middles at all the clubs he is a long long way down the pogo stick.

If you want p[ure mongrel, grit and effort - Max POPO is your man but he is coming back from injury. Great Footy IQ, plugs holes in defence, gets the first run in when needed. Think a young Jake T.
