An unchanged squad of 19 for Jason Ryles in preparation for a tough match hosting the Warriors. Utility Dylan Walker has been named on the extended bench despite failing to see out the contest against the Sea Eagles last week with an arm injury.

Tb, lokene and visconti seems the pick of the forwards in cup last week. The latter making his way up the ranks rapidly.
Yea unless Beattie gets tired. But I recon Beattie should play 80min and Jez goes middle when Petrus comes on
I just relooked at the team. Nohra is on the bench because I assume Lorenzo will only play the first half as he is on the NRL bench. Plus Hudson is making his cup debut to spell Smitz which I have been asking for. So we only have 2 forward on the bench in Talagi and Petrus so I expect them to play big minutes and yeah for Jez to move into the middle.
Ah i was wondering why Lorenzo only played 40 last weekend. Makes sense.
It really seems Lorenzo is now close to the debut. Can almost touch it.
Yep as I was saying when the injured players return I expect JR to pull the trigger
EA, been meaning to ask. Who from our lot do you expect will get U19's Origin selection?
Petrus and Talagi for NSW and Koina for QLD I reckon are best bets. Maybe Bamblett?
Don't get your hopes up on Petrus staying, being from png he'll be targeted.
Anyway which good dev players has mark o'neill every brought through and signed long term??
Charlie Guymer is O'neill's poster boy for development at the moment as his other starter Russell has already left and big Sam will be next
I was thinking that last night on how Petrus is from PNG. The tax free money is a massive sell, as would be representing your country in NRL. Though MON did say a lot of our juniors are locked up long term, let's see if he is right. If he is, Petrus will be signed past 2027 at least. Same as Koina til 2028.
Yep just those 3 will make u19 origin. Bamblett is behind the pecking order for fullback and five-eight. Taj Alvarez (roosters) or Large (manly) will be the 6 and Rex Basswaighte (roosters) will be the fullback I recon.
His best hope, even slim, is a bench spot. Is there any others that are smokey's? The big 3 (Koina, Talagi, Petrus) seem certain for NRL by 2027 as it is.
