            Do not think his yardge is strong enough to be a winger. I think centre would suit him better. Even lock.

"And it couldn't apply to players who are currently contracted, negoatiating to play R360 at the conclusion of their current contract. That would be a restraint of trade. 
It could only apply to someone like Lomax, who is wanting to break a contract…"

"The NRL makes up it's own mind about who can be offered a contract. We saw that years ago with the Izzy saga  and no real reason was given for not approving that contract."
