In any case there's no way the touchie can make that call on the run. He should have left it for the video ref, who even with 8 cameras there's no doubt anyone could definitely say he was out.
Great fight back with a very depleted Parramatta team nonetheless, but this decision cost us the match.
For mine he can't be called out. The benefit of the doubt goes to the attacking side. Its inconclusive.

The touchie was clearly influenced by Cory Allen who was remonstrating that it was out, which surely is a biased call from him.
This touchie cannot see JAC'S foot since his vision was clearly blocked by Cory Allen who was beaten by JAC and was lying on the ground. Touchie was behind the play and just belatedly raised his flag.
A crazy rule mentioned by Vossy about this was that bunker cannot overrule touchie's decision onmoutside calls whichmis crazy and dumb.
when you say depleted you make it sound like we have 6 super stars out! We have Moses out who is hit and miss and penis shouldn't be in the team.. I question why we haven't made any moves for any players because this crop can't compete.

My eyes see it as out and correct call from a bloke that obviously didnt see it but called it correctly by guessing. But it would not have been overturned had it been given a try on field. It's that close they would not have been able to overturn it.
I think it should have gone to the video ref before having a final decision being made on it!
