Thanks everyone for the kinds words had my operation been bit sick and out will dope up yesterday feeling better today had a shower cant wait untill i can eat now for last 2 day only jelly n water

I hate plan water and jelly will i haven't had that since i was a little kid

Good u back... fyi i met the real Arnie few years ago when he was in Sydney, i was his security detail. Nice guy, still fit, worked out twice a day most days
