If Luai has a bad year, do you think he'll still command top dollar? He's on a good deal, I can't see him getting too much more if he has a bad year.

I doubt not many, if any coaches makes the changes in their first season that Ryles has. You now start to see many rookie coaches start to copy what Ryles did. Hannay is trying to do so at Gold Coast.Â

While top flight players help, like Des, he needs a certain type of man. If you are easily offended, or upset when told the truth in a blunt way, you're not going to last a long time. He's and old school coach for old school types and definitely not a man manager whom some players where he has been have needed.
