Ghost stories to scare the crap outta ya

Ah that time of the year when Monster posts one of his "is this guy full of shit?" stories. I want share a ghost story, a true one. For those who remembers some of my previous stories, then relax, have a coldie and shut up and read!My story takes place in NZ, 2000, where I was your humble backpacking hero traveling the small land of the long white cloud (which turned out to be smog). Our handsome hero just finished a fifteen day hike in thru the rainforests of NZ ( or commonly known as the land of the sheep shaggers), I arrived in a small town (name withheld cos I have forgotten the name) and booked myself in this YHA. It was an old stable converted into a hostel, located on a very seedy street. As I walked up the steps, I saw a young man wearing round glasses, collareless shirt and his pants were held up by braces. I said gday but he stared at me as if I wasn't there. Uh huh, thinks I as I moved by him. Werido. I went inside and there no one around, except for Werido outside so I decided to explore. I went up to the 2nd floor and saw this woman dressed in grey (yeah, grey) she went into a rom. So our handsome young hero goes down to ask the woman where I can book in but, bugger me, she wasn't in that room nor the Next or the next. Eventually I found someone and booked myself.Fast forward two days. I found the TV room (eventually) and went down the steps into a basement. There was this young woman wearing a plaid shirt, flare jeans (from the 1970s) but i don't recall seeing her features. Anyway, i sat down and asked if I could turn telly on. I turned around to ask what she like to watch and the chair was empty. No bull, empty as Paul's head. I seriously looked around but there was effing way could she move that fast unless she was Usian Bolt in drag. The next day I was leaving and I just happened to ask about the woman in grey. The owner went pale and ask me come into the office with her. So I did. Here's what she told me.The woman in grey used to be a maid here for the original owners. That was her ghost. Two, the girl I saw in the basement was a ghost of a young woman who overdosed on smack in that fckng chair...the man outside? She had no idea who he was since the place has several spooks already residing. That's it, folk. Wasn't scarey I know but you weren't there, were you? Time for Monster to shut up now

I would love Michael Cheika as Head of Football, notwithstanding!
