  • Appreciated the alert TT.

  • I just set the Good ol' IQ to record all the games!

  • Me to, 12hrs and some classic games from the 80's.
  • What a massive disappointment. The same old tired games we have seen a million times. Out of the hundreds of games to chose from...
Personally I don't want to see the close games we scrape on by.
All they had to do was find a number of games where parra smashed the opposition and play them. Easy. But with everything foxtel does these days, it's quick and nasty.
  • And there was only a couple and they then repeated them... .massive fail.
  • I enjoyed it, especially that Balmain game with Sterling & Kenny. If only Fitzerald had stuck his hands in his pocket and brought some internationals to help these two we would have still have been a top 5 late into the 80's.
    • Yep on paper Parra still had a pretty good team in the late 80s but they were ageing and picking up injuries. We needed to blood some good young players or better still as you suggested buy in some talent. That may have avoided the early 90s slump.
    • Yeah the side had a few young guns, needed experience in the team.
  • How about the Tigers v Eels game in 2009. How biased was Gould's commentary in favour of the Tigers!  Embarrassingly obvious.  I laughed too when in 2005 he tipped Ben Smith to have a huge representative career in front of him! Lol

    • Tell me about it. Even the dead lucky tries that tigers got that night when they were clear dropped balls. He’s always loved Benji and disliked Jarryd. Hard pill for his fat head to take that night.
