Returning like the bad smell he is, Roy Spagnolo is once again attempting to undermine the club.
His latest attempt involves 4 Special Resolutions tabled at the upcoming AGM to undo many of the positive governance changes resulting from the ILGA investigation.
If it were up to Roy, online voting would be removed, disenfranchising thousands of eligible members, while strong board member governance requirements would be loosened.
Once again, the fate of the club is left to the voting members to decide.
The AGM is open now to have your say.
The board has tabled its position on the matter. It vehemently opposes the Special Resolutions.
If you are an eligible voting member of the Parramatta Leagues Club, you can vote now. An invitation should be in your emails.
Full AGM details are available here: https://www.parraleagues.com.au/agm2026/
Vote NO to the 4 Special Resolutions and help to protect the club from this small cabal of members who would prefer they reign over the ashes of a fiefdom, rather than the long term benefits a strong Leagues Club provides.

Super I got an email from the Leagues Club saying that voting was open, however I haven't recieved any email with the voting portal link. Any idea when that will be sent?
Also, apparently the names of members who petitioned for the special resolutions is available but I couldn't seem to find it.
It's in that same email, just scroll down and you'll have the link with your voting pin. List of petitioning members is here: https://www.parraleagues.com.au/wp-content/uploads/List-of-Petition...
Spags and Libertini are both on there.
The usual suspects. They need to get a hobby.
I may be going crazy as I can't see any link to vote in that email.
I see 2 links - AGM page, Pitt-town Amalgamation page.
Email was sent yesterday. Should be from Parramatta Leagues Club Ltd, not Parramatta Leagues Directors.
i wish i could vote, only joined this year sadly. the sooner these people are gone the better, im an regional eels fan so these changes would remove any hope i have with being involved at this level into the future. i therefore hope that you people who can vote go in and vote no!
the club is doing things so right atm with everything, id hate for the club to go back to the dark days of a few years ago.
