Fonua pole is another one hitting open market and been seeing from different sources he could be on eels hitlist aswell. If true I reckon we should definitely go hard for him,can definitely lock up the starting prop spot along side Spencer in 2028.
In the ceo update posted by eels a couple days ago.It says Mike rush and mon are very active in the open market for players that suit ryless style of play and Fonua pole definitely does.Similar build to Jack Williams and is a workhorse. Can definitely be our enforcer with Spencer.
Would youse take him at parra?

I don't have enough a problem with pole. However; we need outside backs desperately.Â
Jesus will resurrect and be linked to Parra at this rate.

I for one am looking forward to another AI assisted missive 😋
Fishy, I am surprised you are intimidated by AI, don't be my son, you have all the experts you need on here, ready willing just not able!.....I'm not sure but I suspect that some feel threatened by the fact that there rumour mongering just is not doing it anymore......that said LB's statement is pretty spot on.....just telling Gucci I am not coming back from the dead yet! Lol
If I posted a rumour, what that be considered fishmongering?
Only thing with Pole is what are the plans with our rookie middles if we are chasing Pole? Now if Tuivaiti leaves then go for Pole. But as for now, we have good middles coming through that with Leniu I would say we are good for starting middles.
Pole is great, IMO, and still young. But I'd rather focus on our own middles.
I expect by 2028 we have Talagi, Koina, Tuivati, Brown, Leniu, Williams, and at least one of Moretti/Hopgood/Doorey to be in the 17. That's forgetting any development from Guymer, Lokeni, Nunn, Funa moving to the middle. Pryke!
But Pole would be the one if Tuivati doesn't renew for example. So I'd keep an eye.Â
