"Yea he is mainly a 5/8, If Lorenzo for some reason fails, Risati is the next option. He is a bigger body than Lorenzo with a great running and passing game. He turns 18 next year so will be in SG Ball alongside Fletcher.

"EA, do you have any thoughts on Risati? Heard big raps on him. The way people talk about him, he could be a long-term six solution, alongside Fletcher at seven. Who knows. We're talking years down the track, but just curious."
"Your right. We need to build from within the pathways. We have an elite prospect in every position. It's just that those centre and wingers are only in SG Ball next year. Every other position, they are already in JF or Cup"

Very interesting article and I think you could extrapolate the findings to see it applied in sports teams. Take Melbourne for example.
1. Every man works for the guy next to him and get their jobs done.
2. They are the most structured team in the NRL and they're clearly working to a set goal in both individual games and across a season.
3. Meaning - I guess it's a bit hard to understand the personal meaning behind the way they play but I'd imagine the lure of a Premiership and success is a driving force.
4. Impact - Clearly a win for them impacts not only the team but the club, sponsors and wider fan base.
5. Security - Bellamy showed during the 2010 salary cap saga that he shielded the players as best he could and made it clear that they had nothing to do with it. Believe it or not, Bellamy showed he'd protect his players when the going gets tough.
If we look at Parramatta I'd say they're building towards a similar set-up and culture. The players have repeatedly spoken of the camaraderie in the squad and the way BA always puts the players first.
'Extrapolate', Super...really?
Accountability and clear knowledge of your role and what is expected, yet a safe environment to operate in where all parties can voice their opinion and it has value
5 is pure and utter BS.
If you KNOW your product - have confidence in your product and believe your product is the best available you will not pussy on about speaking up.
It is also about self belief, respect and acceptance.
