Neither are Halfbacks, you made the example that Moses goes down Pezet takes over. 2027 that's not the case.

Oh the HB situation 2027 is a bit different for sure. But Im not sure Lorenzo would be sticking around if Pezet was signed long term to play next to Moses. We aren't really a club who has that kind of pull to keep juniors.
At least there is a path. But if you sign 5/8 long term then you want them more than Lorenzo but 2028 is long time. The perfect plan would have been Pezet 7 and Lorenzo 6. If there is a clear path at least that is better for juniors.

I do think the media does hype up these "young star" halves a bit too much as well. Guys like Galvin Pezet sure they are good nrl players but probably blowing a bit too much smoke up them. Young Katoa and strange at raiders are actually "stars"

If wishart,campbell, metcalf and other names are hitting the market who knows what will happen. Those 3 definitely make more sense next to Mitch then Pezet. Maybe Lorenzo or Joash just take the 6 themself anyway. Lot of moving parts
