English players wanting a NRL contract.

One of the poster boys of the English Super League, Wigan winger Josh Charnley, will make his way to Australia for his club's World Club Challenge clash against the Sydney Roosters.

It might not be the last time local fans get to see him. Charnley's agent, BBC identity Andi Peters, has made it known the prolific try-scorer is interested in a move to the NRL.

The South Sydney Rabbitohs are short of an outside back and could soon have some money to spend under their salary cap if Sam Burgess switches to rugby union.

Would you have Blake Green back, he didn't do much when he was in Australia last but going well in the UK. I'll have too wait and see how he goes against the Roosters.

Wigan Warriors half Blake Green is planning on using the World Club Challenge to relaunch his NRL career.

The 27-year-old has blossomed in the Super League since joining Hull KR in 2011, culminating in a man-of-the-match performance for Wigan in their grand final win last year in his first season at the club.

Green left the NRL unable to secure a regular place after stints with the Parramatta EelsCronulla Sharks and Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.

Off contract at the end of this year, Green said he had unfinished business in the NRL and wanted to impress Australian clubs in Wigan's world title clash against the Sydney Roosters on Saturday night.
