3 Points - Mitch Moses Led the team around superbly, had a hand in everything, kicked for near 800m
2 Points - Will Penisni Ran hard making 7 tackle busts
1 Point - Jack Williams Topped the tackle count with only 1 miss. Played the full 80 minutes and was everywhere in defence.
Special mention Junior Paulo with 169 odd metres from 55 minutes with 64 post contact meters
Well done boys, a great win that not many saw coming including myself. Well done Ryles to get them back focused nd what a great way to honour our 86 champions at the game.

Except for every time Burton needed a rest, he would stop the clock for 2 minutes. Always when Eels were building momentum.
Seems like a dumb strategy to play when the video ref can take you off for a HIA
Totally agree about the ref. He let the teams determine the outcome. Well done!
Too hard today which is the way we like it !
One thing for sure we wouldn't have won without Moses today full credit to him for changing his leadership style, despite the shit he has copped and difficulties he has faced!
He was good wasn't he, I suspect Ryles had a quiet word with the leadership group this week
Great result after the tough last round. I didn't see today's game, but happened to see team stats produced by NRL site. I don't wish to pour cold water on this win, however, it appears we only won penalty count and scoreboard. I'd be interested to hear anyone's thoughts about the importance of winning the majority of game stats for achieving a win on the scoreboard. What do you think was key today for securing the win?.
You need to watch the game to get a clear understanding.
Our effort was great, our line speed, kick chase was all on point.
Players given an oppportunity held their own or played above expected.
Hopefully we have seen the back end of a few players, Pezet, Kautoga and Tualagi with Kelly surely soon to follow.
Yeah watching it shows the effort and contact we put in.
To be fair, Kelly played well today.
