Are you OK Randy?
The new chairman we have has got balls! Just what we have needed for years...Indeed. You gotta set the tone
But why is Parra starting legal proceedings? Shouldn't it be the other way around?
It immediately would stop the NRL from intervening.
'Zac’s legal team have informed us in writing that he does not agree that the terms of the release can be enforced against him.'
Understand that ZAC took legal advice in accepting Parra's non release cause.....whatever legal team he has may have said that but Parramatta has totally called their bluff.....look out legal bills Zac because you are going to need a cheque book of some magnitude to out do the fact that he you agreed under your own legal advice to accept the terms and conditions and this in turn was lodged with the NRL..... the NRL would not want to be involved and in the current situation with regards to players going to Union and as such would be very much on Parra's side.
Lomax and his management have painted gthemselves into a "corner" !!
Yeah we called THEIR bluff. Vlandys is in this up to his eyeballs and he is a vainglorious beastie. The out of court game has to be fought too I think we can do this Drag out court mediation. Drag out court make a noise. Be the squeakywheel. We draw a line.and learn how to hold it. Even if we lose, we fought.
Please read and understand what Muttman has said hereunder Randy, the NRL are not our enemy in this process. Its very much in the NRL interests to be strongly in accordance with Parramatta......what don't you understand about that?
We are the attack dog, the enemy are Zac and Storm! We are jumping around the ring, Zac is in the corner bleeding and his corner man Storm is reaching for the white towell! The Queen is in the parlour eating bread and honey, the King is in the counting house counting out his money.
Now Randy putting in nursery rymme format should make it a lot easier.....for you to understand!
I totally disagree with Mutts. They were going to register the storm contract. It has "crossed their desk".and they leaked their intent to back Melb. We are fighting the entertainer Vlandys too. The club know it, why can't you see it? It's a good fight to pick
The club has filed an enforce-agreement case in the NSW Supreme Court to have a judge confirm Parramatta’s right to block any NRL move unless the condition is honoured or varied.
In legal terms, Parramatta is asking the court to interpret and enforce the release contract — not to award damages (at least at this stage) and to confirm that Lomax cannot play elsewhere in the NRL without consent.
