  • Go and get a massive global sponsorship!!

  • Wow , even Bellend are jumping ship.  Please..l I don't buy our performance as a reason to end a sponsorship just because we missed the finals. Maybe if we'd run last 3 years in a row, but our performance ain't going to mean Bellend do any worse on theor bottom line.

More to it. Anyways , it's a shit sponsor , but let's just hope it's not some scummy online betting agency or TripADeal or some crap .  I'd love an ASICS to come back to the table or something like that. ASICS is a brand that would actually gain more fans and sell more jerseys. Young kids would identify with the ASICS ,

especialy with them being a cool shoe brand again now. We'd have half a stadium of Eshays every week .

  • I honestly don't know how Commbank hasn't been interested.

    • Parra's demographic is too small for them Wiz, but the obvious one is their subsidiary Bank West, which was smart when initially they took the naming rights for our ground......the modern day banks are a disgrace now and the only thing they rationalise is how many branches are we going to close next week....every bank needs to meet certain standards of services that they no longer have or they have their Government Guarantee charged against their profits and put into a housing fund subsidiary.

    • CBA blackballed Rugby League after an infamous all in brawl during the final of the then CommBank Cup high school competition.

Rugby League, Union etc will probably never get sponsorship...just in case.

They don't want to lose the mum business.

  • Can we get James Hardie to sponsor us. I'm not sure if it's the same company but I'd love to see Hardie back on our jerseys.

  • Why does there always have to be a narrative? They've been the main sponsor for 10 years, can't that be a decent enough reason to finish up? It was the journo who suggested it was because of a poor start to the season.
I personally think this is a good thing. A chance to go to the market with at least 6 months runway to secure a new major sponsor. I'd love for it to be an International brand with some credibility behind it.

    • I agree with you muttman. There aren't many major 10 year sponsors.  Parramatta won't have any issues attracting their next sponsor

  • Sitting here at maccas at Bella Vista having a Big Mac and looking straight at Amazon, 200 million a year is a drop in the ocean for them lol
