Can't see any long term pain. We have 12 months to find a better 5/8, and we already know that Pezet ultimately want's the halfback spot. So that means 12 months development of our j7nior halves, as well as the possibility of signing a better player from elsewhere. Forget about Brisbane, they are irrelevant to Parra.
That's half the issue though we haven't got a closer in the recruitment department when we go after these guys.Juniors I think is going to have to be the answer as I'm not feeling we have the ability to close on the open market.
Yes that's 💯 % . They are saying Pezet is a big injury risk. Had a knee reco , then took another 3 months off this year. With further issues and players who leave Melbourne usually go downhill. They say hes Brodie Croft mark 2 .
If he turns out as good as Brodie Croft I will be satisfied.

Would've never happened, Wizzy. We'd likely still have Gutho, RCG, and paid up big to keep Dylan long-term with ratchets (probably no POs though as club made call after 22 GF). Ryles is closer to Pezet too. Doubt he'd bother anyways. He'd probably be elsewhere for a year, and we'd avoided lighting up this whole fireworks factory with our fans. Kinda entertaining though lol.
If it was totally up to BA , boods arthur would be the hooker now, Ryley Smith would be at another club killing it. Jake would be partnering Moses in the halves. Captain Gutherson still at fb and have a serious issue with a massively aging roster. We'd be in a world of hurt - We'd be a disaster club and would challenge the Tigers for the trifecta of Spoons for the remainder of the decade
If Arthur was still here Brown would be still here and it wouldn't give the weakness of a hierarchy a chance to continually drop the ball in the recruitment and retention stakes.
