Dogs now heavy favourites for Galvin.

Seems like the bulldogs are going to sign Galvin and stash him in their system, unsure why they are doing it with all the halves they have at their disposal but is what it is. Next target for the eels should be Sandon Smith should cost far less and not as much baggage.

  • Well then it must be true

  • How would you know???

  • Absolute rubbish this. One man's gut feeling, now a blog.

    • All the reporting is now heavily leaning to dogs, have to prepare for the worst and get ready to target other options. Seems like Gus has sunk his claws into Galvin so it's probably to late lol

      • All the reporting 😂 WAKE UP! The media don't want us to do anything good, they don't want us to sign anyone remotely good. The media are the only one saying "dogs are a chance" and someone has to.. cause Bulldogs haven't confirmed interest once.

        • Realistically but, a sandon smith type player isn't that much worse then Galvin for the club at the moment. We are in a proper rebuild, but if we do sign Galvin I won't be upset about that either. Just be prepared for the worst cause dogs are sneaky lol

          • The deal with the Eels has been in works.

The media needs someone to compete with the Eels on this signing, particularly given how much the media hates the Eels getting any positive news. If not the Bulldogs, who? If the dogs aren't competing to get Galvin with the Eels, nobody is. And that's not a very good narrative for them.

This will be their narrative. Dogs favs until they're not. Then when he signs with Eels, Galvin is a prick and is getting over 1.3 mill (when he won't be).

            • Agree with your line of thinking and the eels noise has completely vanished so that is very strange. To join the dogs he'd have to take next to nothing and fight for a spot in the halves. It doesn't make much sense at all but the media is pushing it hard.

              • The media are pushing it hard to get the eels to comment. The media hate us because we don't leak anything to these parasites anymore. Let them play their games.

The thing that amazes me is these dopes in Anasta and co on nrl 360 were the same ones saying bennett to eels after we made a late pitch to get him and that turned out to be bullshit.

The dogs are 1st they don't need Galvin they have woods waiting and a decent player in Hayward that can do the job. If they were 6th I'd understand then if they wanted Galvin.

            • So true since when does the media tell the truth

Not sure who offered more in financials though. "
