Does Dylbags deserve one final farewell?

I'll broach the elephant in the room. Parra's last game of 2025 (barring a miracle) is on Sunday the 7th of September at 4pm against the Knights at CommBank.

Do we give Dylan Brown one final send off before he heads to the Hunter with his squillions? A final lap of honour after the siren?

Whatever you think of him, he's been a loyal servant to the club for the past eight years.

Alternatively, we continue to ignore him and pretend the whole thing never happened.

Thoughts?

          • Super there was more going on behind the scenes with Timmy, what your saying is not quite right. Here are some excerpts from back in the day. It all had to do with Timmy going to the Integrity unit and making statement to help de register player manager Issac Moses.

It’s been revealed Parramatta legend Tim Mannah and his former teammate Mitchell Moses aren’t on speaking terms, and it’s all to do with disgraced player agent Isaac Moses.

Mannah was managed by Isaac Moses for a long time, before last year splitting with the controversial agent to side with Moses’ former business partner Joe Wehbe.

Moses and Wehbe had a legal dispute, and Moses was last week deregistered by the NRL and so can no longer manage players.

Mannah split with Isaac Moses last year and he was dropped from the Eels team after a Round 11 loss. Mannah remained at the club but never played an NRL game again, and retired at the end of 2019.

The Sydney Morning Herald reports Mannah believed his axing from the team was pushed by Eels halfback Mitchell Moses, who is the cousin of the former player agent. The Herald reports that after splitting with the agent, Mannah went to the NRL’s integrity unit to give information against Isaac Moses, which included that the manager asked Mannah to lie about a third-party deal.

Mannah now works at the Eels in a commercial role but reportedly still doesn’t have a relationship with former close friend Mitchell Moses. "

            • Yes that's the story i remember . Tim was kicking stones and was acting like he was owed something due to his legend status, where in reality everyone on here was totally in agreeance he had overstayed his welcome and was plodding.  People have short memories.

I forgot Timmy went and grassed on the club for the dodgy TPA , he may have had Moses in his crosshairs , but was willing to take the club with him., Who does that, and doesn't he claim to be religious?

If I'm correct , Mannah took a dodgy deal, and then when Moses tried to get him to stay hush about it, Mannah spilt his guts and threw Moses and the club under the bus to save himself ?  Otherwise why would he need to lie about the deal in the first place ?

Supers version is like watching ABC for their fair and balanced reporting of politics.

  • I'd say yes... He is not the first or last player to leave PARRA...

  • Nah farkkk him. Not player deserves anything, it needs to have been earnt.

  • No

  • Yes give him the fairwell game.  Overall he has been at the club for 8 years and a chance to say goodbye and good luck..  Im not sure where his career goes from here but I see him being oblivious to the pressure 1.4M a season cant say no to that ....I think he will be exactly like Ponga one or two great games lots of injuries and lots of mediocrity.

  • At least Ryles was straight up with Brown. BA was the exact opposite. He just ignored players he dropped. What a horrible clown.

  • No his been on overs his whole career. Seems like a decent enough bloke though.

  • No.
