LB , how long has Rodgers been head of recruitment. He falls under O'neill. Has O'neill done anything to improve the situation - no
I'll tell you he's been head of recruitment since 2021 and what's happened since then a major downturn. He is still employed by o'neill who he answers to.

If you were to identify onething chief why can we not attract the sought of talent we need to win this comp. What at the club is holding us back.
Remember JRs is part of the much talked about R & R committee to what's the club missing when going for these bigger targets. It's got to be something more than just the mentioned.
Coryn, its been.a plethora of fuck ups in every department, development to recruitment and retention. That got us into this position where we needed an enormous rebuild and now a lowly placed roster. This in turn makes the club less attractive to prospective recruits, meaning we need to pay larger overs . Those higher up may think the stadium, the centre of excellence and the large fan base are enough to attract players but its proved otherwise.
Everything points to O'neill Sarantinos and rodgers standing down and being accountable for the club's failures
Yes all out the door LB absolutely correct. There's no way Rodgers survives. He's just as if not more accountable. . Since 2021 its been.a disaster zone
If that's the case, yeah that's stupid. No reason to keep him unless the kids they wanted to invest in aren't that good. But even then surely there are better options.
Dylan Walker seems to be going, but they keep the option for De Belin?
"At the same time he still has a percentage to meet in terms of how much the cap needs to be spent whether he likes it or not.
So if it is like "This player wants $400k and we have $900k available" well he has to spend that money anyway.
So the issue…"
"Well true. I mean i mentioned all the Lomax stuff based on a contact and they were spot on with pretty much most of what was told. So cannot 100% discount this but still it was a friend of Jack's that said it."

I'm not saying don't blame MON. I'm saying include Rogers in it too.

Surely if MON does not go, which no idea whether he will or wont, Rogers goes.
JR to LB if we are going after that mentioned committee there all under one umbrella in the blame stakes.
Yep I've said that too in that Ryles doesn't get players he doesn't want. If JBD for example was extended from his option, Ryles would've agreed.
