I can't see how they are signing Averillo when they are getting rid of To'a and a couple of others to free up cap space to sign Fainua, the second rower. It doesn't make sense considering Averillo would be a lot more coin than To'a.
Maybe Super can help us out with that answer. And off we are resigning Debellin he'd be cheaper than anyone one else on the market that's how Sarantinos rolls.

We're acting like Sarantinos pockets money from the cap himself. He still needs the club to spend 95% of the cap like everyone else.
LB , how long has Rodgers been head of recruitment. He falls under O'neill. Has O'neill done anything to improve the situation - no
I'll tell you he's been head of recruitment since 2021 and what's happened since then a major downturn. He is still employed by o'neill who he answers to.

If you were to identify onething chief why can we not attract the sought of talent we need to win this comp. What at the club is holding us back.
Remember JRs is part of the much talked about R & R committee to what's the club missing when going for these bigger targets. It's got to be something more than just the mentioned.
Coryn, its been.a plethora of fuck ups in every department, development to recruitment and retention. That got us into this position where we needed an enormous rebuild and now a lowly placed roster. This in turn makes the club less attractive to prospective recruits, meaning we need to pay larger overs . Those higher up may think the stadium, the centre of excellence and the large fan base are enough to attract players but its proved otherwise.
Everything points to O'neill Sarantinos and rodgers standing down and being accountable for the club's failures
"The Bulldogs have definitely declined this year. Just noticed the Dragons look like having their first win this year against the Broncos 😳Very surprising! What's wrong with Broncos? "

Maybe someone called out the ceo for his mismanagement on recruitment and accountants being tightass. Uncle Jim and his mowing services.
Who? 🥸

Wow. In that case we must have some big name signings coming
Another master stroke from Sarantinos and O’Neill
Ben Rogers is excused from criticism? He is head of recruitment.
