  • In fairness to Cleary as much as I'd love to sink the boot into that Penreff scum, he did not get one quick play the ball tonight to do Cleary things. Why was the refereeing so different to game 2? There were times tonight when NSW was well on top and should of got the calls QLD got in game 2. Why did Klein put the whistle away tonight. Sure NSW should have been smarter tonight but fuck me Klein had a massive influence on the last 2 games

    • So the best ya got is blame the rest. This is why NSW are not SOO standard. You like to blame anything bar the players who sucked. Clearey,Lomax,Laui,Yeo,Robinson,Edwards and King were simply outplayed.

And your coach was a joke.

  • Every bit SoO player every bit of one.

What it goes to show is when things and players around him don't do there jobs a lot of Clearys effectiveness is taken a way.

Take note when you watch halves play football.Samething with the Moses and Brown comparison here if there not getting front foot pill it's harder to put your stamp on a game.

Dearden had a fantastic series but look what was happening round him for that to happen. They got arseholed in game 1 where we're the Maroon halves in that one.For me in this game it's much like Johns was saying there was a plan A and not much else when it failed they didn't look like they had much else I'd suggest that's more so a coaching issue than a halves one with regards to the blues performance.

    • Thank god a voice of reason emerges Coryn.

    • The player of the series was on the bench, played 24 minutes in the first game. You fellas are used to coming up with excuses. It's not the first time we have been told how good NSW are, and then QLD come out and TOWEL you.

Deaden made his own luck, backing up, backing himself and brilliant defence, Clearey as you say waited for others to do something. Clearey again failed in SOO. The whole NSW team was out played.

The MIGHTY QLD simply to good and understand what it takes to be the BEST team in Australia.

  • Most aren't ready for this conversation but he's overrated and the pure definition of a system player. The funny thing is he will be the first picked again for origin next year

    • But that's what the game is an organised game of chess.

  • Obviously a good player but history will show he didn't have another level. No chance of being an immortal now and that's crazy considering all his GF wins.

    • They say the same about Steve Edge. Dominated at club level, but never really stood out at rep level.

  • Should of picked whiton he would of been desperate

Don't get me wrong, he's a great player and is godly at the club level, but he just hasn't been able to stand out at the origin level.
