                  • Don't encourage him Daz.

I thought the Titans played really well as well, and Broncos were not bad, which wil be the common perception of why Titans won......Hannay must be doing something right with the team was more the "sling off" that our coach wasn't doing anything right.

I would go on to say if we played them last night, they would probably have put 50 on us again......just not a matter of us not doing anything right. That Titans side man for man would leave us for dead. JAC may make that team, no one else!.....the "cattle yard" is empty.....its like our whole side has foot and mouth and have to be put down.....

PS You would be amazed at the junior strength on the Gold Coast and NSW Northern Coast and how strong the game is there! That half back of there's would be faster than any other backline player we have (JAC excepted) and they get faster as you move out wider from there.

                    • Pop's I have been a closet Titan's fan for years and wish they would be consistent top 8; they have a great area and the club for me needs to survive as lots of good players have made NRL from the area.

Brisane for me have a few players who are not aiming up each week, and it seems Reynold and Hunt were the mainstays last night and Ezra and Walsh made some poor decisions at times; Walsh need to put his body on the line for the chip n chase for me and Mam simply made a wrong call on the last play; Reynolds was calling for it.....

The Dolphins also but they have a different type of coach who seems hardarse type and you only need to look at their players / type to see Parra need to in my view have a similar type of pack.

                  • And yet you didn't realise they were ahead of us on bye points despite only winning 3 games to our 4?

            • we beat Brisbane in Brisbane too. You say regardless of the bye, mate we have one more win than them. It's not that hard to figure out.

Look who GC have beaten. Us, Dragons and Brisbane. We've beaten Brisbane as well. Let the season play out. One win and it's "they are better than us" think the same about St. George? I mean let's see how they go against Cronulla to see if they are now fair dinkum.

  • It's insane to think if we win this week we have equal wins to both broncos last year premiers and Raiders last year minor premiers.  Going through their team lists vs ours I don't see anyone outside Moses and JAC getting a run in either team so as much as everyone is hating our performances I don't understand how anyone can expect anything different.  Considering the youth and inexperience we already had then the injuries, we have done alright in a very tough and tight competition.

We probably should have beaten the tigers and blew chances against Newcastle.  Those are games we need to win and with more experience next year I expect to win those type of games.  Win 1 or both of those games and we would be looking at the ladder wondering how the fuck is a top 8 spot still possible.

We could finish the season higher than broncos with their star roster.  Despite injuries for them as well they field a number of current rep stars each each week and former rep or grand final winners as well compared to our team of rookies who would struggle to make it onto the bench at most teams.

    • Well explained FM....

    • Something that is becoming very obvious Midget. The Eels players seem to play for Ryles, they like him. The Broncos , and the Dogs players don't seem to either like their coach or their culture or both. Neither are playing for their coach. Canberra, i'm not so sure but geez Ricky tears his players a new one quite often.

    • FM, we are a good chance tomorrow if we complete well; less errors and defend strong.

    • I'm still seeing to many errors.

Im seeing finesse in the middle.

Its the little things I'm seeing that make the side a hard watch.

When your a team that's injured to buggery like we are simplify get footy 101 right.

I think this is what's going missing there's only a few teams that I have us no chance against but all the rest are beatable and that lies in getting footy 101 right.I mean Newcastle was diabolical if we can't get basics correct we deserve the serve.

  • About farken time I've heard all year about these middles we have ready to come yet here we are we have to hit rock bottom before starting them.

Let them get in there rip in see what they have.

Sick of the sight of the soft finesse owned in contact in attack and defense BS.

Winning in the middle is still where it's at.
