        • I rewatched the start and the middle got exposed a couple times due to Koina and Talagi.

2 times Koina got beaten by footwork which resulted in half breaks. He will be disappointed with that and showed it during the game.Thankfully his second half was back to his normal self. More of a technical issue rather than effort.

However, for Ryda I felt his issues came with being lazy/effort. The first try dogs scored was his fault. He got beaten and then the next play Nunn, Talagi and Davis are literally standing behind of each other defending the line leaving our 9 isolated against the big dogs prop. Talagi should have been there. Another couple times in the first half that he got beaten. It was weird he was hitting really hard at times in defence but I would say repeat efforts let him down and rather it being fatigue I recon it was attitude.

Then 2 tries were also scored on Bamblett, Vella and Sorovi's edge and most of that was poor reads from all 3 of them. For one try Vella jamed in on Bamblett man to leave Sorovi posted 2 on 1. Than another try Sorovi just made that lazy intercept attempt when it was 2 on 2. Left the winger unmarked to score.

    • Sad that it's come to that, but you can't blame Cayless there.

      • I dont blame Cayless.

  • Ryles in today's (Saturday) press conference says he doesn't know anything about signing Jayden Su'A. Either reports are overblown or Ryles doing a Gould and playing possum

    • Well from reports he hasn't actually signed yet. It said we're in final stages of completing the deal. So until actually announced he won't say anything. He's been burned three times before talking about players.

      • I rate Williams in the backrow more than Su'a. Need an elite middle and outside backs. If we didn't land Sua I dont mind personally. Lots of people want Su'a for the sake of having signed a decent player. But I do not think we need him. Williams is not a middle anymore. RR team is still shit regardless of it. Next year I see a team list this. It lacks a top tier middle to surround our developing younger forwards.

        8. Tuivita

        9. Smith.

        10. Hopgood

        11. Williams

        12. Kautoga.

        13.

        14. TDS

        15. Walker

        16. Moretti

        17. Doorey

        18. Guymer

        19. T Brown

Not sure if Paulo will retire or play.

        • U dont think we need him? Bro what are u on about? We desperately need a rep level backrower. Some of you fans trip me the fk out.
          We need a xerri/tago/timoko next

          & Mariota

Big signing Sua, form a deadly combo on the right with Mitch. Mitch hasn't had a proper  backrower with him since 2017.

          • Again missing the point lol. I am just saying middles and outside backs are the more immediate concern that backrow.

    • If you watch the interview against the other times he was questioned he would always say "would be great to have them". This time he specifically said "we have a game to prepare for so I'll leave it at that". This is out of character. Also all the senior jurnos are reporting as he is leaving to Parra. In my opinion this looks like a done deal. Possibly already signed and waiting for the 10 day cooling off period.

      • It's done. He'll be here in the next couple of weeks too.

"I cant blame Apa for testing the market. League is a gladiatorial sport and your next game could be your last. You train all your life for a major payday. Look at poor Hayze Dunster ( done just when he made the team) or Stephen Arthur-Miller…"
