Firstly, settle down. I would rather them extend at their current club than go somewhere other than us. Best staying in Newcastle makes sense as that is where he is from and has his brother there.
Secondly, yeah it is tough as the options become a bit bare. Bostock would be next, though if Herbie is to go to Easts, Bostock will stay at Dolphins. Berry didn't end up going to Melbourne, so Howarth is needed in Melbourne. So perhaps Tago? Blaize before his injury would have definately been an option.
Thirdly, Leniu i would consider a decent fish considering he has played Origin and won 5 comps.
Lastly, it is more likely he stays, though with POS going to Brisbane, could a new HOR stuff things up or go in a new direction? Never know. Their cap is bare, a new HOR could see it and think they need to invest elsewhere.
Again it is frustrating but get a grip. Yeah we more likely missed another target that we publically announced we are chasing. What can you do honestly. Leniu happened so that is a start.

Best isn't from Newcastle, he's from Gosford, which is as close to Kellyville as it is to Newcastle. Not saying he'd rather live in Sydney than Newcastle, but he isn't from either place.
Yeah that is true, more so meant he has been there as a junior and Central Coast is a catchment of Newcastle as well. Not entirely but is one.

To be fair Yehaz, and i do somewhat agree with your comment, there is not alot in terms of outside backs. That is the problem. The next best is Bostock and he is odds on to stay. After that you are heading into players where teams are happy to pay for them to play against them. That can work out but also risky.
I understand Roy's disappointment and frustration. That is fair to have as i have it too. But to just say we suck and don't even bother is just ridiculous.
You never know man, there will be options that might want an early release.
We're most likely to land Matt Burton and Cam Munster.
Go will Munster help us at Centre? Also I doubt Burton comes here to play Centre, hope I'm wrong but don't see it.
