I've got a couple of mates who do for Newy. They think the club is gone for the next 5-10 yrs due to poor salary cap management. Shit will hit the fan soon.
They've pretty much been gone for that already.Id be optimistic if I were them if this r360 thing comes to fruition and alot of top tier talent goes the comp will equalise quickly and the teams that develop are the ones that will prosper.
IMO having Peter O'Sullivan there is a bonus for them after watching what they have put together at the Dolphins hopefully they can replicate that.
