        Wouldn't it have to be waved to get him over by June 30?

        How do the rules work with June 30 and a player agreeing but the 10 day cooling off period goes past June 30

          I suppose if he's signed before June 30 then he'd be able to come across this year given that's when the contract was signed. But I'm not 100% on that.

  Tigers agreed to let him go early. No need for the cooling off period. Tigers released him.Deal will be signed off today... got until midnight tonight to do it.

  What'd I keep saying? NRL world moves quickly and just because a player is unavailable 2 weeks ago doesn't mean they are completely unavailable.
