Probably the same reason the club hasn't formally announced Jack de Belin. 10 day cooling off period.
Wouldn't it have to be waved to get him over by June 30?
How do the rules work with June 30 and a player agreeing but the 10 day cooling off period goes past June 30
I suppose if he's signed before June 30 then he'd be able to come across this year given that's when the contract was signed. But I'm not 100% on that.
