Blue Blood Pack Boo Boo

It was with pure excitement I opened my letter from the Eels this morning to find that the Blue Blood Packs are to be collected by redemption voucher this year.  A little hard for me considering I live in Hervey Bay, QLD and I don't make it to Sydney (ever).

So it was off to the phones to find out how I could redeem my voucher to be told that due to a website technical hitch (their fault not mine) the link to select whether I wanted to pick up or be posted my Supporters pack wasn't working at the time of ordering (WAY back in October 2009 .... which has now been fixed) but I could have the pack posted out to me at a further expense of $10 postage.

Now, I know this is pretty much a pee in the pond financially BUT why should us Blue Blood supporters have to pay for someone else's error?

Needless to say my darling wife, managed to convince them that for Supporter satisfaction they may want to consider free postage to out of state Supporters like myself rather than asking for more money.

"Yes, it should always be about the club first. Melbourne instilled that back in 1999. Ryles started with a clean slate at pre-season and you can who stepped up.
