Bevan French, the one that got away?

Just been watching some ESL lately and Bevan has got to be my favourite player in that competition, he just lights it up. Still very fast, has developed a great kicking game, even his long kicking game is nice. With Dylan leaving next season and seemingly no big names lining up to replace him, makes me wonder was Bevan the one that got away? I'm not sure of his contract status for next season however at 29 years of age, do you think he'd come back to the NRL, if so would you like to see the Eels have a shot at him?

I know it seems like we have this discussion every couple of years...

It wasn't BA that ended Bevans career at Parra. It was his poor attitude.

He believed he was the best thing since sliced bread and that he should've been allowed to walk into any position in 1st grade.

He needed to earn that right but wouldn't put in the effort.

That game on the wing when he had zero runs for zero metres was disgusting.

I wouldn't want the flog back at Parra even if he offered to play for free.

"Carty was a great player 2023.  He became something else as a defensive player that year . But the wheels fell off and watching him run around nsw cup is sad.  This guy had the world at his feet skill wise and just didn't quite nail it.
