Melbourne will have their eyes on Ryles there's absolutely no doubt. If i were Sarantinos and the board I'd be in talks right now to extend Ryles.
Ryles will turn this club around the longer he is here the better we'll get. Every player he's brought to this club has made it better. He's cut the deadwood, fixed up our previously languishing reserve grade outfit and has some great development coming through all grades. We started the year badly and it took time for players to adhere to Ryles's style. At season's end we had some good results beating the Warriors in nz, Roosters, Broncos, absolutely flogging Newcastle who were trying to avoid last place.
Then there's the emergence of Ryley Smith, Williams, Kautoga, Iongi Tuivaiti and many other players improving.
I don't know about you guys but id like to see Ryles tied up until at least 2030.

Our club won't let that happen. Melbourne always produce so many good assistants each year they will find their own
Ryles won't leave, he's been given everythig he needs for success. If we go deep into the finals this year I'm sure the club will lock him up long term.
If Ryles leaves in 2028 with a premiership then I frankly don't care.
But let's see anyway. If Ryles improves us again this year I'd go into contract talks with him next off season.
Cam smith will be next storm coach. No way ryles goes there after waiting only to be fucked over.
