he had a contract didn't he? So even if we didn't want him there's nothing we can do about it. All I'm reading here is nobody else wanted him still can't seem playing first grade
Mmmmmmm guess that's what happens when you spit the dummy like that., and demand to speak to other clubs/demand a release. Other clubs are not interested in players becoming spoilt brats in public. Probably a very lucky man he has a coach that wanted him in the first place and extended his contract. Perhaps it's time for him to really put in and demand a spot via overwhelming form and attitude, not just a belief of entitlement. Some form worthy of highlight reels wouldn't go astray.
If he dosnt pull his finger out soon , a permanent position as a backup is all he'll be unfortunately.

Three things I like about this Bluey:
1. JR/Club is giving Simmo another chance. Mature. Adaptable.
2. Simmo has a chance at redemption. Being better. Kaizen.
3. It's a good example of authenticity & alignment. The club wasn't afraid to let him go if he wasn't really on the Ryles bus, despite having multiple years left on his contract.

They should have continued with them playing during the season in National type games but added more. Its also about the common sense approach; the NRL should have ensured NZ have two teams - for me this…"

"PnG is a stupid idea from start to finish. Why ? Well what is the sole reason for the game expanding ? To generate further income for the game. Nothing more nothing less. So what's the long term goal here , for the NrL or tax payers to support…"
"Rampant rates of crime, foreign country, weather issues - how many games will be played there before May? The Parramatta experiment of playing in Darwin in April after moving it from June was a failure. there's a myriad of reasons the top tier…"

I'd say Harper was a failure, even accounting for the low expectations everyone had for him... haha

But an expected failure is not as noticeable.
true.
lane went ok after we signed him from manly
true. I forgot Lane came from there too. He wasn't a failure.
Nice try Mr and Mrs Lane, your son Shaun was a failure too.
A bit early to be on the ice pipe, isn't it?
