Would have to come to an agreement with his next club, eels can just say no we are keeping you but if the other club is happy to pay his wage and take him that can happen. If the other club wants the eels to pay some of it they don't really have to because they aren't shopping him really, he's the one who wants out
Or, the player can request a complete release from the contract and negotiate a new contract elsewhere, like RCG and Gutherson did. Obviously, that is dependant on Parramatta agreeing to the request.
My guess is titans would pay most of his contract or do a swap deal with the eels for a player. They are letting khan and Sami go so who knows what's happening
