It's not just that, he's getting these younger players valuable minutes and once they actually spend some money and surround them with proven nrl talent we will have something. The young group of players we have is pretty nice
They definitely all try their hearts out but my god they are rudderless.
Kiraz on the ground injured, we go the other side of the field for a miracle play on the 2nd. It's a brutal watch when they keep finding ways to do dumb shit like this.
So our inability to defend is not a coaching issue.Defence is an attitude and although we were brave today, our missed tackle count and holes through the middle are alarming. The worst defensive record in club history.Pressure on the coaches will come if no improvement in the latter part of the season.
I was trying to echo this beginning of last year and mentioned Sam Moa and JR as being key here. But watching Melbourne put 50 on us basically 2 yrs in a row had in round 1 was alarming for me.
We still have the same issues.
Yes it's a coaching issue because we've had the same issue with full strength sides as the Melbourne round 1 back to backs show. Now with injuries it really exposes it our depth cannot cover it up we lose all ruck control and but for poor execution tonight from our opponents we could quite easily have lost by 20.
"BE, I think this is the quality of their recruitment. They knsow and can identify players who will suit their requirements. BA said before that he did not know where to play Talagi because that time, Moses and Brown are signed long time. I just hope…"

Unfortunately he will be on the chopping block next year unless our recruitment significantly improves
Ryles is apart of the R&R committee
He will be from media. Does he see 2028? I do not think finals is a must in 2027 to save his job but bottom 4 might do him in.

Not just the other side of the field but the short side.
I think our players are too courteous and fair that they don't want to take that advantage😂

Its not a coaching issue
Its mis management
Poor roster
Poor recruitment
Poor junior development
The coach is the least of our worries
