The Parramatta Eels are pleased to announce that emerging outside back Araz Nanva has extended his contract with the club for a further year and will be elevated to the Top 30 squad for the 2027 NRL season.
An Eels junior, Nanva’s extension comes on the back of a strong pre-season and his NRL debut last week.
Parramatta Eels GM of Football Mark O'Neill praised Nanva’s development and dedication.
“Araz has worked hard during the pre-season with his attitude and performance and bought in to the Club culture.
“To make his debut in Round 6 was a well-deserved reward, and we’re excited to see how he continues to develop. He’s a talented outside back who understands what it means to represent this club, and we’re pleased to have him locked in for 2027 as part of our Top 30.”
The Eels look forward to supporting Nanva’s continued development as he establishes himself at NRL level.

Great news! Glad they got it done quickly as suspect he attracted attention.
Good work by the Club. Honestly I'd have been happy for him to get a 2 or 3 year deal
Excellent
Rip in young fulla there's a long term spot wide open ready to be taken all the best to him.
Well, yesterday I reported that o'neill was a total flop. Today with this news ill say he hasn't totally redeemed himself, but he's jumped up to a 15% rating from 10%
