Im not fussed, but unfortunately things like this will continue happening. While other clubs actually move on things, we sit waiting for sub-committees to meet and discuss and by the time that happens, the world has passed us by.
But its all good. MON and Jim are the guys to lead us to a premiership. Cause they have a history of succ.. oh wait...

The thing is though not only we cant sign players, everytime a great junior comes up through our system we cant seem to retain them either. Blaize Talagi we just lost and hes playing good at panthers, Ethan Sanders went to raiders and hes not getting that 7 spot atleast for a while cause they are getting Jake Clifford. They keep saying we have a good Juniors system, which it shows, majority of the Sg ball team will be very good first graders, but MON can't seem to resign them either. So what's the point?

To me it's just not the inability to land or to sign a target, it's our inability to stave off other clubs targeting and signing our juniors.
Development only works when you can develop but keep the talent. We can't sign talent and we constantly lose it as well
Something has to give and hopefully the board can see and understand that change within R&R is badly needed and needed yesterday.
Maybe we just through ridiculous money at a high profile general manager like Frank Ponissi, Gus or someone and give them like a 12 million contract, an offer they cant refuse🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Anything to get rid of MON
