"I think it would be weird Adidas without the 3 stripes . Good on whoever was responsible for striking this deal . Jim , marketing , merch , whoever , great job .
But yup , I agree , you'd assume we would follow suit . "

I like them.
Hardies is a curse lol.
Whatever happed to Jamsey ?
At least we aren't being ripped off buying a $170 jersey next year by being forced to buy Temu brands at a premium price .
Out of curiously , does anyone know who pockets the difference if we are using cheap brand jersey and paying the same retail price as opposition supporters who are getting Nike as an example ??

I wonder, with Adidas having 3 stripes, would they want the Eels to go from 4 to 3 stripes? I'm not sure what other fans would think of that, I wouldn't have a problem at all.
@No problem here . It would probably be more authentic Adidas gear with 3 stripes .
Im keen to keep them happy as possible if it means we won't go back to some of the rubbish jersey brands we've seen over the past couple eras . The best we've had of note since Canterbury , was classic or to a lesser extent ISC . I'm actually pretty pumped to have a good brand again. X Blade and that Indian made crap brand we had at one stage were a disgrace. Obviously they're all made overseas but at least we are now paying for a globally recognised brand .
Currently, Adidas makes the Roosters and NSW origin merchandise. The Roosters have 3 stripes running down each side of their jersey from the armpit and they continue down the shorts. Those 3 stripes isn't something I remember the Roosters having prior to their Adidas affiliation. Some of the Blues gear also has 3 stripes. I can't imagine Adidas allowing or agreeing to anything but 3 stripes when stripes are involved.

But the main idea of our home jersey this year will be the same come 2027. Though those AI shots, i like them. I love that shade of blue.
