    • Well i mean he is not up to Turbo levels yet. But if it continues to 2026 then yeah ridiculous.

    • I agree with the racist bastard.. But how do we let him go with our fairy dust and magic wand?

      • On what grounds are you calling me racist? I mean if I called you an attention seeking fuckhead then that would be understandable.

        • Because I'm white your being racist towards me.

          • You didn't answer the question. You have now confirmed my opinion of you.

  • This can't continue. We can't have a $1 million player playing a handful of games for the club yet he's front and centre come rep season. I know injuries are not deliberate but how much have Parra funded Mitch's rep career and he comes back injured and unavailable. It's time for Mitch to put his club first.

    • Mutts with all respect but after watching the last 12 months around our club are you honestly surprised something like this has happend to us.

Injuries for me I'd be looking at the best S&C guy in Australia to come take this over as our own guy is about to bugger off back to Super Rugby in NZ.

This team has been plagued by injuries for the last 3 seasons to key players also.Moses has had significant time out of the game for the last 3 seasons it's one of many reasons why we've capitulated like we have the last 2 years.

      • No mate I'm not surprised at all. We also allowed Sanders to leave as we told him his pathway was blocked. Only to then discover that Moses (and Brown) had player options and therefore they technically only had 12 months remaining. We could have used Sanders this year for sure.
We seem determined to self sabotage. I know we're not alone in that (Manly and Knights are pretty good at it too) but this club is spinning its wheels yet again. Last year we had 4 home grown halves of genuine talent, next year we have one and he's always injured. So I guess we should just get used to Hawkins/ Volkman combo. Premiership here we come.

        • Please do not start me on Sanders again. I do not blame the club for losing Sanders as he wanted to go for what he thought was a better opportunity. Not his fault he thought that and his path was blocked. Had it not been people would complain why we letting Moses/Brown go for Sanders? On top of that Talagi was seen as a Fullback apparently so didn't matter if he stayed as he would be staying at 1.

Though i think Walker will be the 6. But here is the thing Hawkins and Volkman are depth, they are depth for a reason. If we had amazing back-up halves they would be gone elsewhere so not fair there to knock them since they are what they are at the club.
