As an example go on Kayo and compare the following sets:
First half - 31 mins to go in half. Melbourne have the ball.
Second half - 20 mins to go in half. We have the ball.
Both making metres. Both wrestling in the ruck, hands on ball etc. Look at munster at the end of our set. Ref just ignored it. Why?

Make no mistake it is not just parra games either. There was a very sus game between manly and canberra last year in round 3.
