6 man bench

Now I've gone on about a six man bench before with the amount of concussions in the game now and only getting worse.

my thoughts on on concussion is that if a a player is concussed they should sit the rest of the game out.

With the extra men or women on the bench it would help counter act the players not returning for the game.

  • for sure trent the concussion rate is higher now than ever before.  Once a team is down to two or one on the Bench, it's a huge disadvantage to their chances of winning, plus player safety is paramount.

    • It will also stop playing the penalty I think chief

  • You only need two on the bench to give everyone a rest who needs it. The other two bench spots are more than enough to cover injuries.

    • 🥴

  • These players are getting physically stronger year on year, watching the GF it felt like we were playing under the 5 metre rule the panthers choked us at every opportunity - not sure increasing the bench in isolation is the answer, but I feel the game should be slowing down not getting quicker
