I'm interested to see what people would change rule wise.
My biggest hate is that some teams have penalty machines. For me this is a huge weakness and "Shaks and Smith" are parra's. To stop the constant holding down, raking, late shots and high tackles. Players should be on a NBA system 3 strikes and your out. You have to be interchanged but can't come back on. This would not go towards offside, forward passes or a decoy player running in taking out defensive player (which we see every game).
Its only an idea to stop dumb penalties like SIR Robson did to us last game.
Yours thoughts

I think Mannah is a bad offender too. The Thing is would you cop an extra few panalties for a slower ruck.... I think I would.
I would like to see 8 interchanges and an unlimited bench so that your NYC players get the odd game here or there where results are decided
x 2 on the sack Harrigan!
A c.lassical around the ankles tackle is frowned on because you must release immediately - giving quick p.t.b. to attacker .
Change rule to reward good defence with " dominant " status - attacker not to p.t.b until defender on his feet at marker
Yep, sack Harringan. He only applied the rules he liked and ignored the rest when had the whistle, now he is coaching this to the current pea blowers.
Get rid of golden point. Either have a draw or go to golden try.
Get rid of the strip rule. If you can't hold the ball, you don't deserve to have it and it's too hard to ref without using the video.
Fix the scrums. Either make them a contest or get rid of them. If you want to take the forwards out of the game for that period of play, have them stand 10 metres behind the opposition line for the 1st tackle or hold hands on the opposite side of the field.
Fix up the enforcement of the 10 rule and the constant forward passes from dummy half (which certain players such as Cameron Smith get away with all game, every game).
These 2 issues could be easily fixed by better utilisation of the 4 officials on the ground. The ref that marks the 10m watches 1 side of the line, whilst 1 of the linesman watches the other (this would stop players on the refs blind side being 1 - 2 m offside each play). The other linesman watches the dummy half pass (and the play the ball) whilst the 2nd ref watches the play the ball and markers.
The best way to fix the game would be to get News Limited out of the game for good! They nearly destroyed the game with the Super League and it has struggled since (allowing the AFL to make big in-roads).
