in my view maybe the roosters wanted Pearce gone and gave him grace to find another club ,it makes sense, cooper cronk was never going to parra or the sharks, he was always heading for the roosters to replace Pearce at 7.
sacking Pearce would be a bigger problem with hes future in other clubs plus he team mate at the rorters.

Roosters will only get Hayne if Parra don't want him. I doubt that actually though. At the right price, BA would take him any day of the week.
