That's media speak. I think the club knew exactly what it was doing with Stefano's development. He will still need leadership in the NRL, which is where Paulo will need to step up.
But wasnt he already one of our players anyways???

I think this is one of those cases where we should be congratulating our recruitment team for being able to secure a good young player.
