This kid might be a good pick up to replace Keating.
Wests have been a renowned rugby league nursery for decades. I asked Watson-Hayes if there was anyone in the Magpie ranks who might bob up in NRL first grade in the near future?
“We started the year with a stand-out hooker, Dean Parata, and he performed really, really well,” he said.
“He was a shining light and we sent him to the Windsor Wolves where he is now their starting No 9. This guy can really play and we wish him well.”
Maybe the rumour about Keating being shopped around has come true. He would be on around $180k, $80k for Parata, $100k for Falou. Stranger things have happened.

Tragiceel, id be banking that keating is on at least 50k more that that, sk loved him n resigned on decent cash dont worry about that.....hes prob on 240k or there abouts...
Sounds like he is a real terrier, tough with good dummy half skills and solid defence. You could be right on Keating's salary, I was being conservitive.
i'd say its on a 2nd teir contract and not in the top 25. If we can release Keating and sign Folau maybe N Smith and L Kelly will sure hooking duties with Parata as back-up
Not that any clubs are really looking for a hooker and we'd likely have to chip in for next season. Hopefully its ESL and we pay nothing.
