If he knows the reason and the club has made everything clear, that's all that counts. Young players make mistakes and depending on the severity of the issue, they're either given a chance or be asked to move on.
Whatever the situation Joash will learn from this, and has a long career ahead of him in the nrl.
If you trust in the club's process, you'll know that being asked to look elsewhere halfway through a players contract shows the club aren't taking it lightly.
From what I've heard about the situation, the punishment was totally justified and whoever else was involved in what happened need to take a very hard long look at themselves, because they've just cost a player their career at this club.

Though Chief, a third party may have contributed, Joash cost it himself, he's an adult.
Yes he is, but that doesn't dismiss the other parties involved. Joash needs to learn and be better
Not saying it doesn't dismiss them. They are at fault. But at the same time Joash was not forced to do what he apparently did. He did it with his own free will. The third party just instigated and encouraged it.
