Advice on Foxtel.

Yep never had it so I was looking for some advice from fellow Parra supporters on what you've got and how much.

In particular I want to be hooked up for the NFL as I hear One HD is dropping its coverage so as to push aussie NFL supporters onto Foxtel.Mission accomplished.

I guess I'm looking for how many stations you've added,roughly how much and if your happy with it.

    As Muttman said, probably just the basic sports package will do you justice.

    You'll get Fox Sports 1, 2 and 3, Fuel TV, Fox Sports News, ESPN 1 & 2, SPEED and a couple of other channels.
    Think it's about $40-50 a month for that, if I'm not mistaken.

    Yep, Basic package + Sports, you can then in Summer change the sports to movies or what ever you want then in winter (NRL) change back.. easy  : )

     

    Or as WS said. But remember this only works if all of you have a dish.

     

    The recording function Muttman stated I believe is a $10 per month adder (IC)

    Defintaly get iq. I don't watch anything live... Even Parra. That way I can skip half time, injuries or commercials. I even given the cricket a half hour head start

    thats exaclty what I got.. I used to have movies, but its almost $30 extra a month, and they mainly play movies that are old, and not to mention these days you can download just about any movie you want... Sports pack with iQ is the way to go...

    i think the recorder function and HD is a must.... The sports not in HD looks crap. I got a fair few more packages than i need but as the Mrs says i do have the Sports pack.

    HD pack with IQ2 is a MUST!

     

    Providing you have a HD TV.
