2012 one eyed eel banners.

Few variations made. holiday version and sandow version (for those who wanted him added). Think its time for Phil to freshen up the site with a new banner.Here's a couple I've done so far. Feel free to post any you make. those wanting the required banner dimensions its 955 pixels x 200 pixels.
